Reading the Bible may be tough but prayer is easy. We often leave it to the prayer leaders or those who have the gift of praying but Jesus taught us all how to pray simply. God hears our prayers despite what circumstance we’re in. Whether we’re celebrating, depressed, bored, stressed, eating, shopping, resting, studying, or working. Sometimes we only engage in prayer when there’s a need in our life so let’s be more intentional in connecting with God. In this workshop, we will look at three things: 1) unpacking the reason we pray; 2) examples of prayer; 3) methods and stations of prayer.
