Kai Chen has been serving in ministry since 2009, and has been the Youth Pastor of West Houston Christian Church for the last 8 years. He has a passion for the next generation and sharing the Gospel, as he started a evangelism ministry called "Go Team" in college, as well as launching a college ministry in Dallas called “The Bridge”. Kai has lived all over Texas, and is now rooted firmly in Houston, TX. Kai completed his Bachelors at The University of Texas at Austin, and received his Masters at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Kai is married to Michelle and they have one daughter (Millie) and one dog (Raya). Kai enjoys all things professional sports, boba drinks, and hiking in the great outdoors (only when the temperature is tolerable).
